In August of 2017, Callie and Scot Sullivan purchased what is now Magnolia Fields, with the intent of restoring the property to its original grander as a centerpiece of Chilesburg, Virginia. During the property transformation the Sullivan’s decided to share the beauty of the property and facilities and turn the property into a wedding venue. The house, constructed in the late 1800’s, with additions throughout the early 1900’s was fully renovated along with the barn that was constructed in the early 1900’s.
